Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a full refund on all items booked up to 7 days before rental was due to commence. After this time we will be unable to offer reimbursement. We do not offer refunds on hire items returned early or unused. You are able to request a refund online or you can always contact us for any cancellation or refunds question at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
