Frequently Asked Questions
1) Where do you deliver?
We cover the whole of the Swansea Bay area and Gower. We can deliver to your holiday home, B & B, hotel, or campsite. Just make sure you leave us your contact details (ideally mobile number) so we can contact you if necessary on delivery day. If you are staying at a campsite, you will need to meet us by the campsite entrance. We may not find your tent!
2) What if we change our mind before our holiday?
You can get a full refund of your order up to seven days before your holiday. After this point, you will be charged the full amount for all items of hire but not for items to buy. Any items for purchase you will receive a full refund.
3) Can we contact you?
Yes – please do! We are a friendly bunch and would love to hear from you if you have a question or comment. Please email email@example.com with any queries. While you are on holiday, we will give you our contact number in case you need to speak to us about an item / delivery.
4) What is your Covid-19 policy?
We have our customer safety at the forefront of our business and would like to reassure you that come what may in 2021, we have a plan to keep our items safe for you to use. Please read our Covid 19 Policy and guidelines for more information.
5) Eek – my wetsuit doesn’t fit!
Don’t worry. We carry a large number of sizes with us so on drop, if you think the wetsuit won’t fit you, we should be able to exchange it for a different size. However, please look at the Gul fit guide https://www.gul.com/wetsuit-fitting-guide and if in doubt, we suggest ordering a size up. We have found that sometimes wetsuits can come up a little small.
6) Do you hire items for children and adults with additional needs?
Yes. We are committed to ensuring that our products and services are suitable for everyone and that Gower is as accessible for children and adults with additional needs as possible. We are always developing our stock lines and we aim to add more items to support personal care and accessibility. Please contact us directly and we will endeavour to source items for hire that would make your holiday special.
7) Do you offer daily hire?
Yes! We sometimes are able to offer a daily rate for borrowing of some items. Please contact us by phone or email to check what is in stock and to book a delivery.
