We haven't been blessed with the with the weather this autumn, and with the Welsh 'Firebreak' restricting the options of family outings, we have been able to refocus on what is on our doorstep and embrace the weather! This weekend we enjoyed a walk in Bishop's Wood, close to Caswell Bay (see pics for the view!). You can access the wood from various places. We started our walk from the entrance opposite the Caswell Bay top car park (there are two). It was lovely to be out in the bluster and see Caswell from a different angle. There are a number of different walks you can explore and there is a leaflet to download from the Swansea.gov website (https://www.swansea.gov.uk/bishopswood ). There is even a little shelter and picnic area tucked away accessed from the bottom car park. If you take a visit, let us know what you think. We love it!
